Philip Sensei,
together with a team of three other Aikido Shinju-kai members,
left for Sugano Shihan's seminar in Kuala Lumpur by car on the
16th of July. Upon reaching Kuala Lumpur at 3 p.m, the team
was received by Mr. Kow from the Malaysia Aikido Association
(MAA) and had tea with him.
A short
rest followed and the day ended with a welcome dinner at Coca
Restaurant and a karaoke session with the MAA.

There
were three sessions in all for Sugano Shihan's seminar. The
next day (17th of July) was the start of the seminar but before
that, the Aikido Shinju-kai team attended a senior class at
the MAA's new Ikkyo Aikido Centre. After a short rest, the
team went on to attend sessions one and two of Sugano Shihan's
seminar.
The last
session was held in the afternoon on the 18th of July and
Sugano Shihan's seminar was then rounded off with a farewell
dinner.
