Hong
Kong and Singapore members were accompanied by H Yamada Sensei
& Hokusou members to a holiday hot spring resort on the
13th April 1999. No words could describe our thanks for the
hospitality shown to us by Yamada Sensei during this celebration.
On
the 14th April 1999, we departed by Narita Express Train to
Tokyo to visit Hombu Dojo. During our stay in Tokyo we attended
four lessons at Hombu Dojo - under the guidance of Doshu,
and other instructors.
During
this visit, we were most fortunate to have the honour of having
tea with Doshu and Shihan S Masuda.
In
the evening, we were invited by Shihan Kenji Koyama (7th Dan)
from Nakano-ku Aiki Do Renmei - to train in his dojo at Nakano
where we trained for two sessions.
