HIRONOBU YAMADA SHIHAN'S VISIT

Hironobu Yamada Shihan (7th Dan) is the Chief Instructor of Hokuso Aikikai. He will visit us from 31 May to 3 June 2010.

NO CLASS ON GRADING DAY

A reminder that there will be 2 upcoming Gradings:

14 March 2010 每 Adults Grading
4 April 2010 每 Children Grading

All classes at HQ will be closed on these 2 dates, except the 8am 每 9am Instructional / Advanced class.

Kindly make-up for these 2 classes between 1 March 每 9 May 2010. Please inform our counter staff that you are coming for your make-up class.

Reporting time for 14 March (Adults Grading) will be released on
5 March, Fri.

SIA CLASS SHIFTING

The SIA Cabin Crew class will be relocated to a new venue at the SIA Group Sports Club. The first class at the Sports Club will commence on 4 March 2010, Thursday. The last class for SIA Cabin Crew at our HQ will be on 25 February 2010, Thursday.

The ladies class that is concurrent with the SIA cabin crew class will be rescheduled to the ladies class held every Tuesday 7pm at HQ.

CHANGE OF CLASS TIMING

Kindly note that Aikido class at CSC Bukit Batok Clubhouse will be split into 2 separate sessions for Children and Adults with effect from 21 Feb 2010.

The change in timing will be:

Previous timing
                     1030hrs to 1200hrs - Mixed Class

New timing
               1000hrs to 1100hrs - Children (age 5-12)
               1100hrs to 1230hrs - Adult (age 13 & above)

THE SHINJU-KAI THIRD AGE CLASS

The Shinju-kai Third Age class is every Thu 7pm - 8pm and Sun 11.45am - 12.45pm @ HQ. Classes are ongoing. Any new participants age 45 & above are welcome to come for a trial class. Subsidised fees available for those age 50 & above!
